Keystone Crossing is an country and bluegrass group from Marin County that has been together for 22 years. The band features three lead singers and wonderful three-part harmonies. Founders Larry Carlin and Claudia Hampe will be joined by the amazingly talented Dana Rath on mandolin and fiddle for their debut performance at Station House Cafe.
About Station House Cafe
“THE WELL-ESTABLISHED OUTDOOR GARDEN IS A SPLENDOR IN GOOD WEATHER AND THE BAR A TRUE REFUGE IN POOR.”
“THE STATION HOUSE CAFÉ IS KNOWN FOR ITS GOOD FOOD AND ANIMATED ATMOSPHERE, PARTICULARLY WHEN THE LIVE MUSIC FIRES UP ON WEEKENDS.”
The Station House Cafe is a Point Reyes classic. You’ll find everything—from breakfast to meal-sized, seasonal salads to fresh, local seafood—on their menu. Their focus is on seasonal, local, quality ingredients. Their lush garden patio is a favorite in warm weather.
In addition to their restaurant, they have a full bar with an excellent selection of wine, beer and creative cocktails. Their bar snack menu is full of delicious bites, like crab cake poppers and oyster shooters. Local musicians give lively performances in this intimate setting—attracting locals and visitors.
And best of all, there’s never a cover charge. Come on in and enjoy a night of music, great drinks, good company and delicious eats!
If you have not yet heard the news...It is true! We are allowed to continue business through the end of summer! A huge thank you to our community for speaking up. Your voices have been heard. Thank you. #Reprieve...
After experiencing an increase in visitors to Point Reyes Station over the past two weekends, we have decided to postpone any kind of Station House Cafe celebration - including the live music and drive by parade previously scheduled for May 31.
While we were looking forward to one more musical offering, and to seeing all of you again from the sidewalk, the risk of inadvertently creating a public gathering has outweighed the benefit we had originally imagined.
Please stay tuned...there will be another time and another way.
We still have our little spot at Side Street Kitchen and when life returns to a more normal pattern, and COVID-19 is under control, please rest assured: We will find a way to celebrate YOU and say thank you again with live music for the community that supported us all of these years.
Station House Cafe will be open for take-out on Sunday, May 31 from 11am-7pm.
You are a treasure and each of you will be sorely missed. Come by Side Street Kitchen when you can and say "hello". Until then: Stay well, be safe and love big. -- Sheryl Cahill and the Station House Cafe team .
