A workshop in the wild for creating new writing, tuning the senses to the natural world, and asking intelligent questions.

Instructor Patti Trimble will share excerpts from published writers, discuss various elements of short-form writing, and will offer really good prompts.

This class meets in the Red Barn Classroom at Point Reyes Headquarters. The facility is accessible to everyone: we will write partly outdoors and partly inside, depending upon the group and the weather.

This day-long class will be focused on writing as a means of personally and collectively connecting to Earth. Patti will give short workshops and prompts for writing together. We will share our writing throughout the day.
