Innkeepers

Greg is a Bay Area native who joined the Army and met his future wife, Doris, while he was stationed in Germany. The couple returned to California to raise their three boys, and have lived in Point Reyes since 1974.

Doris likes to grow her own food, has a fabulous vegetable garden, makes jams, knits, quilts, bakes and cooks. Greg loves to build and fix things, and keeps himself busy with repairs and improving the property. He loves to travel, paint and play his music.

Greg and Doris take great pride in welcoming guests, and are well known for their attention to detail and warm hospitality.

“Thank you, Doris & Greg! We arrived on a rainy Friday to this magical, cozy wonderland and warmed up immediately in the fabulous hot tub, followed by tea in front of the fire. This Bungalow is such a gem.”

“Upon arrival, we were blessed by two owls, hoo-hooting in the trees above the Bungalow. We greatly enjoyed the privacy and serenity here. Doris & Greg never intruded, but were always available to help. We loved the design of the bungalow and surroundings. Our four days were filled with re-kindled memories and new ones for the future. So enjoyed the hummingbirds.”
