Inverness Park Market (or as we call it around here, IP Market) is a mainstay with locals. Tourists are in awe that way out here on the verge of the West Marin wilderness, our local bodega and deli counter are this good. Like, amazingly good.

First off, food is sourced locally whenever possible, and all you’ve got to do is look around to know we’ve got some good local food. I mean, you saw all those green rolling hills on your drive in, right? We get award winning local cheese from dairies dotting the hillsides. We get outstanding produce from a patchwork of organic farms that spread up the coast from Bolinas to Tomales. And all the good stuff coming out of the Bay and Pacific? Yeah, that’s our local foodshed too.

The Deli

So, basically they take all this excellent local bounty and then cook everything from scratch. The focaccia bread is baked in house using organic flour. Sauces, soups, pot pies, gourmet salads…all fresh and made from scratch. There are real cooks behind that deli counter!

You’ll find plenty of options for whatever your mood or eating style. Vegan? Vegetarian? Yes. Indulgent comfort food. Absolutely. A beet and kale salad with a side of deviled eggs? But of course. A shepard’s pie and a steaming bowl of nettle soup. Done!
